Synopsis |
Inspired by our own background in the bygone era, the literary and cultural references, and the current architectural landscape in cities we live in. This project comes to life via conceptual materials gleaned from artificial space such as sky-high super-modern buildings to debris from the Hong Kong’s heyday. This space-specific production at the KTT Black Box is to explore a forgotten reflective feeling, once a bustling city with cultural connotations of lights, rhythm, and paradox. This is another level of choreographic achievement in theatrical art with movement slides with lights, space and images. Choreographer’s first initiative to collaborate with creative freaks Gabriel FUNG, and Franky LUNG, began in productions Twirling Haze (2006) and Angels Within(2007). |
