| Synopsis |
The annual performance - Stars of Tomorrow 2008 - The Frog Prince & Other Ballet Classics was held at the Auditorium of Sha Tin Town Hall on 16th & 17th August 2008. The extravaganza featured a cast of over 1,000 local and overseas students. The evening also attracted over 2,800 audiences including parents and friends. Mr. Jean-Pierre Thébault, the Consul-General of France in Hong Kong and Macau, was invited to be the Guest of Honour of the Gala. World-class ballet dancers of the Liaoning Ballet Company, Mr. Lu Meng, Mr. Jiao Yang and Ms. Wang Yun also guest appeared to perform excerpts from Don Quixote and Le Corsaire and a modern ballet Songs of the Wind. The audience enjoyed every minute of the performance. |
