| Synopsis |
The annual Stars of Tomorrow 2006 extravaganza featuring Swan Lake Act III & Other Ballet Classics at the Sha Tin Town Hall, on August 18th & 19th. Ms Elsie Leung Oi-sie, GBM, JP, was the Guest of Honour. The evening also featured more than 1,000 students in newly restaged dances from Don Quixote, The Nutcracker, The Sleeping Beauty, and La Fille Mal Gardée. Principal dancers from the Guangzhou Ballet Company – Ms. Fu Shu and Mr. Wang Zhi Wei – performed the roles of Odile and Prince Siegfried from Swan Lake Act III. It was a successful event and also attracted more than 2,800 audiences. |
