Invited by The Hong Kong Economic and Trade Offices in the United States, CCDC performed Silver Rain in Washington D.C. and San Francisco, presenting the multifaceted contemporary dance culture of Hong Kong to an American audience. The performance in Washington D.C. was held during the period of Annual Meeting of The World Bank Group. Mr John Tsang Chun-wah, Financial Secretary of the HKSAR, was the officiating guest for the performance, while the audience included the members of the House of Representatives of the United States and international bankers. |
