Resident Choreographer Helen Lai is renowned for her ingenious use of music in her exquisite choreography. Inspired by Testimony, the controversial memoirs of Shostakovich, CCDC’s Testimony is a breathtaking crossover starring three times Best Actor of the Hong Kong Drama Awards Lee Chun Chow who makes his debut in dance theatre in this collaboration with CCDC. Lee plays the roles as the Russian composer as well as the Shakespearean characters in slapstick silent movies. |
