Synopsis |
Two acclaimed local choreographers Daniel Yeung and Mui Cheuk-yin have based their work of fantasy Feng.Shui on something more than ba-gua mirrors, the luo-pan compass or Chinese astrology. Yeung transforms the shapeless and colourless wind into a theatrical feast by fusing video images, experimental music and lighting with dance. Mui meanwhile creates an entrancing piece which explores the many forms that water takes (ice, water, mist, rain, etc) as an analogy for the cycle of human memories and emotions in our own lives. |
