“A journey in time – light and space, addressing the ambiguity of aesthetics – performances and dreams” －Jiří Kylián│Jiří Kylián is a living legend. Born in Prague, Kylián studied at the city’s Conservatory and London’s Royal Ballet School. He was later appointed Artistic Director of the Nederlands Dans Theater created 74 dance works for the Theater, together with his other works for Paris Opera, Swedish Television and Tokyo City Ballet. To pay tribute to Jiří Kylián, this programme starts with BELLA FIGURA (Nederlands Dans Theater Celebrates Jiří Kylián), with the choreography of his own, draws the audience into beautiful scenes illustrated by dance moves. |
