| Synopsis |
Dr. Coppelius is an eccentric toymaker who lives alone with all his cleverly crafted puppets. His heart goes out to his most beautiful doll, Coppelia, which he sets near his balcony. He wants to give real life to Coppelia by stealing, through works of magic, a human heart. A young villager falls in love with this beautiful creature that sits by the window and sneaks into his house.
