| Synopsis |
The Second Tower of Babel: Butoh in the Kowloon Walled City is a collaborative project between a group of Japanese artists and local Hong Kong dancers / musicians based on the theme of “Kowloon Walled City”, co-presented by Asian People\'s Theatre Festival Society, The Third Butoh Butoh Festival and Wangnin Bunmei. As a 17 days Butoh Festival, it is scheduled be held from 5 to 21 September 2014, including Butoh performances, documentary films screening with discussion about Butoh and Kowloon Walled City, two butoh workshops facilitated respectively by Kae Ishimoto and Kazuya Zenzai from Wangnin Bunmei and Taiyo Tochiaki. |
