Synopsis |
Genuine warmth, breathtaking, passion, elegance, luxurious and service – these are the qualities that come to choreographer Siobhan Dumigan’s mind when devising a piece for The Peninsula Hotel’s 85th anniversary celebrations.
Using words as the main device to build movement, 16 young aspiring dancers co-create this contemporary piece with the idea to capture the grandeur of Hong Kong’s most iconic hotel. By manipulating movement through time, space, levels and directions, this strong yet elegant dance embraces the hotel’s unique architecture and brings The Peninsula Lobby to life. |
