World hip hop dance champions Pockemon Crew visit Hong Kong for the first time to show their latest production, And action! Originally from Lyon – the city where cinema was born – the dancers take us back to film sets of the 1930s and 40s for an original piece that fuses hip hop, cinema and musical with spectacular results.

Inspired by American movies and musicals from the 1930s and 40s, the latest creation from the company is a tribute to cinema and homage to the dance performed in Broadway theatres at the time, which influenced the first hip hop movement. Full of energy and acrobatics, this vivacious piece with 6 dancers mixes genres and styles for a unique choreographic experience. |
