| Synopsis |
Whether one uses a wheelchair, is visually impaired and whatever gestural vocabularies that one possesses, one can enjoy this workshop and experiences merrily how to dance and how to create movements. One will be proud of one's own body and the movements created will be integrated with the body to constitute a beautiful unique landscape.
This workshop can be billed as universally designed and is inspired by stream of consciousness, contact improvisation etc. Participants will get to know their own bodies and the space in which they find themselves and they will plough into their ownselves for materials which they will further develop if so desired. They will explore the sense of touch, feelings, balance, connect with the ground etc. The workshop process itself can be seen as a great performance. |
