Biography Frankie Ho graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts majoring in Musical Theatre Dance. Upon graduation, she was granted the Hong Kong Jockey Club Music and Dance Fund Scholarship to further her dance studies in the United States. Since her return, Frankie has been actively involved in a wide spectrum of dance performances and educational projects.
Frankie was the recipient of Hong Kong Art Development Council Dance Fund for creating choreographic works with Taiju Mastumoto namely “Sky Diver and Coffee Girl” at the Hong Kong Fringe Club and “Lost & Found in Babel” at the Cattle Dept Theatre Hong Kong in 2002 and 2004, respectively. HKAPA EXCEL annual musical “Joseph” and “Grease” in 2004 and 2006, respectively, “Are You Sure” at the McAulay Studio, “Walk Faster” at the Taipei City Theatre (commissioned by Taipei Arts Festival 2007) and most recently the original musical “LUV 70%” at the Fringe Club . In addition, Frankie was a Jiri Kylian Foundation recipient in 2005 jointly organized by the Jiri Kylian Foundation and the Hong Kong Arts Festival for a study trip at the Nederlands Dans Theater in Den Haag.
